Proper elimination is a key component of the Neera Super Cleanse. All the toxins and wastes have to be continuously washed away during the diet and not be allowed to accumulate again somewhere else in the body.
During the cleanse it is normal to urinate frequently. After all, you are giving your body an internal flush and most of the bodys toxins are eliminated this way.
Bowel movements however, usually become less frequent during the Neera Super Cleanse. This is simply because you arent eating any solid food. As part of the cleansing process you should have a bowel movement every day.

For most people we recommend drinking a mild herbal laxative tea like the Neera-Lax tea and/or drinking the sea-salt shake. Some people who are very regular with their bowel movements will not need any laxative stimulation.

To have a daily bowel movement
most people drink a cup
of laxative tea at night
before going to bed. This
loosens waste deposits in
the colon. Then in the morning,
another cup of laxative
tea usually stimulates a
bowel movement.
In the original Master Cleanser
/ Lemonade diet, Stanley
Burroughs recommended substituting
the morning cup of laxative
tea with the “sea-salt
shake.” It is a very
effective laxative that
is also a very good colonic.
It doesn’t taste good
but it is very effective
and we suggest trying it
at least once during the
cleanse.
To prepare the sea-salt
shake mix one quart
of warm water with two level
teaspoons of sea salt. It
is very important that you
use sea salt and not regular
table salt. Drink the whole
liter first thing in the
morning. A bowel movement
will usually occur quickly
within half hour to one
hour.
Note about excessive use of laxatives
We do not recommend taking laxatives for weight loss. Some people are under the misconception that drinking lots of laxative tea will help them lose weight. It is simply not true and it is not safe. We only recommend drinking up to 2 cups of the herbal laxative tea per day during the length of the cleanse. This is only meant to help stimulate a daily bowel movement.
