The Neera Super Cleanse Package (10 day version) includes everything needed to do the diet for ten days except for the lemon juice. Fresh squeezed lemon juice is an important part of the diet so we ask that you buy lemons at your local market and squeeze them daily. You may also wish to buy a small amount of sea-salt to try the optional "sea-salt shake."
Stanley Burroughs recommended doing the diet for 10 days because the cleansing gets deeper the longer you go. By the time you get to the fifth day, you’ll most likely feel so good that going a few extra days will be easy. Going 10 days will allow you to cleanse the deeper tissues of your body and to stay in fasting mode for the full, recommended length of time.
