U.S Domestic Orders:
Online orders are processed via our secure, encrypted, shopping cart. Once your order is processed you will receive and email confirmation of your order.
We will ship your order on our next scheduled shipping day. We ship Monday through Friday except for major U.S. holidays. Orders received after 10:00AM (Pacific Time) will ship the next shipping day. When your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
We ship all U.S. orders by FedEx Ground or Express Except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Box and military APO orders which all ship by USPS Priority Mail. Small orders like booklets or cayenne pepper will also ship by USPS.FedEx Ground transit time vary according to your distance from northern California. Please review the shipping map to determine the transit time to your location. Shipping prices are automatically calculated within the shopping cart during checkout. FedEx Ground and Express works Monday through Friday, except FedEx Home Delivery which works Tuesday through Saturday. For example, a FedEx 2 Day Air shipment leaving our facility on Thursday will arrive on Monday, except for major holidays. Mail Orders:
Mail orders are accepted by clicking the mail order option during the check out process. Simply print the form when instructed and mail it to us with your check or money order. Personal checks are held until they clear the bank (2-3 days).
International Orders:
We currently accept orders only from the United States and Puerto Rico. We also plan to allow for individual Canadian orders in the near future. For now, Canadian customers may order through our old payment gateway with 2Checkout.com. Simply click HERE to be taken to our shopping cart with 2Checkout.com.
Orders to Puerto Rico ship by USPS Priority Mail (6-8 days).
We do ship internationally to some countries with orders of 12 cans or more. We will only ship these orders by USPS Global Express Mail. For more information please contact us. Alternatively, you may wish to search for another international distributor at www.puris.ch.
Bulk Orders:
Bulk orders of 12 or more cans may receive a discount. Please contact us for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the Neera Super Cleanse. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the time you receive your order. If you don’t like the taste of the syrup you may return the unused portion of the can.
All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to be accepted. Please EMAIL us or call (925) 961-1111 for return authorization.
After you have received the RMA# please pack the items carefully and try to use the original packaging if possible. Please insure your shipment, as lost and damaged shipments are the sender’s responsibility. Upon receipt of the return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We do not refund any shipping charges.
